Private Digital Reputation Advisory
I make sure they understand it correctly.
I advise founders, principals, and executives on how their names read across search, media, and AI.
Confidential inquiry. All requests are reviewed personally by Antoni Grgurovic.
Where the Work Begins
Investors, partners, boards, and journalists usually read about you before they speak with you. Most people learn what they found only after the decision is made.
A sale, a raise, a board seat, a partnership, a succession. Someone now has a reason to research you in depth.
Diligence teams, investors, and counterparties read the search results, the media record, and the AI summary before they read your materials. I assess what they will find, identify what is stale, missing, or contradictory, and build the authoritative record before the scrutiny starts.
One result, one thread, or one machine-written answer is defining the story.
An outdated article. A forum discussion. A name collision. A stale identity. An AI answer that states something false. I establish what is shaping the read, clarify the record where it is inaccurate or incomplete, and build credible owned and third-party sources around the facts that matter now. I do not try to erase legitimate history. I make sure one result does not stand alone as the account of who you are today.
Discretion is not a feature of the work. It is a condition of it.
Who This Is For
I work for the person being researched. Every engagement is on their behalf.
Business builders, family-enterprise leaders, and investors whose reputations influence partnerships, capital, and long-term authority.
Senior professionals whose digital presence must support the credibility they have earned offline.
What connects them is exposure. A decision is being made about them in a room they are not in.
Private Advisory Framework
A discreet, intelligence-led framework for understanding, strengthening, and protecting the digital record surrounding your name.
A confidential assessment of what search results, media coverage, public discussion, and AI-generated answers currently communicate about you.
A stronger official digital presence built around biography, leadership credentials, owned assets, profile consistency, and clear entity signals.
Truthful, defensible visibility that supports your business leadership, expertise, contribution, and long-term relevance.
Continuous attention to emerging risk, inaccurate summaries, shifting search visibility, and opportunities to strengthen the public record.
Entity Clarity
Search engines and AI systems rely on publicly available information to understand who you are, what you have built, and why you matter.
When your biography, business roles, media coverage, owned assets, and public records are inconsistent or incomplete, the result is ambiguity. For a prominent person, ambiguity can carry real cost.
I strengthen the authoritative information surrounding your identity and advise on Google entity features, including Knowledge Panel management or correction when one is available and supportable.
That means a record that serious readers, and the systems they rely on, interpret the same way. A Knowledge Panel is one possible result of that work. I do not promise one.
Research
My essays and field research on how AI systems describe people, and what decides the answer.

About Dalmatian Consulting
"When a person has earned credibility in the real world, the digital record surrounding their name should reflect it accurately."
What's in a name
Dalmatian Consulting is named for Dalmatian Air Co., the New York HVAC business my father built on competence, consistency, and relationships that endured.
The principle carries. What changed is where first impressions begin. Prospective partners, investors, clients, journalists, and institutions now encounter a person through search results, media coverage, and AI-generated summaries before any direct conversation occurs.
A serious name now has to hold up across markets, languages, and AI systems that do not share a context. I built the firm around that problem.
What I Do
Private reputation reviews, executive narrative strategy, authority development, entity clarity, search-result recovery, and ongoing reputation intelligence.
What I Do Not Do
Manufactured acclaim, deceptive public discourse, undisclosed influence campaigns, published client names or case studies, and promises to erase legitimate history.
The Principle
The personal brand industry sells attention to people who need interpretation. I work on the interpretation.

Confidential Advisory
A discreet first step for individuals and representatives seeking clarity around a reputation-sensitive digital presence.
A Private Reputation Review is an initial confidential assessment of how a name is currently represented across search results, media coverage, public discussion, and AI-generated answers. It is designed to identify potential exposure, gaps in authority, and whether a more detailed advisory engagement may be appropriate.
I work from Manila and Zadar, with clients in the United States, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Much of the work is cross-border. A name has to read the same way to an investor in New York, a partner in Singapore, and an AI system that draws on sources from both.
I do not promise to erase legitimate history or suppress truthful public criticism. Where content is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or disproportionate, I assess the exposure and develop credible strategies to clarify the record, strengthen authoritative information, and improve the context surrounding a client's present identity.
No. Google, media platforms, and AI systems remain independent. I strengthen the authoritative digital record surrounding a client's identity, improve source consistency and entity clarity, and advise on Google Knowledge Panel management or correction when a panel is available and supportable.
All initial inquiries are reviewed personally by Antoni Grgurovic. Prospective clients or representatives should provide only the context necessary for an initial review and should not submit sensitive documents, confidential legal materials, passwords, or private account information until an appropriate secure next step has been established.
No. I do not publish client names, logos, or identifiable case studies. Where work is referenced, it is anonymized and the client's permission is obtained in advance.
The right time to assess your digital reputation is before it becomes urgent.
