Dalmatian Consulting LLC is the controller of personal information collected through the Site and through inquiries submitted to us.

We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, technical information generated when you use the Site, and communications information when you contact us through your selected response method.

• To receive, review, and respond to Private Reputation Review inquiries.
• To determine whether a submitted matter appears aligned with our advisory work.
• To communicate with you through your selected response method.
• To provide requested services where a separate advisory relationship is established.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
• To prevent spam, abuse, fraudulent submissions, and unauthorized activity.
• To maintain appropriate business and administrative records.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
• To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or general marketing list. We will not send general promotional communications based solely on a Private Reputation Review submission unless you separately request or consent to receive such communications, or the communication is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, including under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or equivalent privacy laws, we may rely on:

• Consent, where you submit an inquiry and authorize us to contact you through your selected response method.
• Legitimate interests, including reviewing inquiries, operating and securing our Site, maintaining appropriate business records, preventing abuse, and evaluating potential advisory engagements.
• Pre-contractual or contractual necessity, where processing is needed to respond to a request relating to potential services or to perform services you have engaged us to provide.

Our Private Reputation Review form is hosted and processed through Tally, a third-party form platform operated from Belgium.

When you submit information through the form, your submission is processed through Tally so that it can be transmitted, stored, reviewed, and responded to by Dalmatian Consulting.

Tally states that its form data is stored in Europe and encrypted both in transit and at rest. Tally's own processing of information is governed by its applicable privacy and data-processing terms.

We configure the initial inquiry form to request only the information reasonably necessary for preliminary review. We do not request file uploads, passwords, private account information, confidential evidence, or detailed legal allegations through this initial form.

The Private Reputation Review form may use Google reCAPTCHA through Tally to help detect and prevent automated submissions, spam, and abuse.

When reCAPTCHA is used, Google may process technical information relating to your device, browser, network connection, and interaction with the form for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Google's processing is governed by its applicable privacy terms.

You may choose how you would prefer to receive an initial response to your inquiry.

If you select:

• Email, we will use the email address you provide to respond to you.
• WhatsApp, we will use the WhatsApp number you provide to contact you through WhatsApp.
• Telegram, we will use the Telegram username or number you provide to contact you through Telegram.
• Private call, we will use the telephone number and general availability you provide to arrange or conduct an initial call.

Communications conducted through WhatsApp or Telegram are also subject to the privacy and security practices of those third-party platforms. You should not transmit sensitive documents, passwords, private account information, confidential evidence, or other highly sensitive material through those channels unless an appropriate next step has been separately established.

We may use third-party service providers to operate our Site, process submissions, communicate with prospective clients or clients, protect our systems, and support our business operations.

These service providers may process personal information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

The Private Reputation Review form does not collect payment-card or bank-account information.

If you later engage Dalmatian Consulting for paid services, payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider identified to you at the time of payment. We do not intend to collect or store full payment-card details through the Private Reputation Review form.

The Site and embedded services may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms that are necessary to operate the Site, maintain security, prevent spam or abuse, remember essential session information, or support embedded form functionality.

Based on our current Site configuration, Dalmatian Consulting does not use the Private Reputation Review form to place visitors into advertising audiences or to serve targeted advertising.

If we later implement non-essential analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting technology, or other tracking tools, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide an appropriate consent mechanism before such technologies are used.

You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Disabling necessary cookies or related technologies may affect the operation of parts of the Site or the embedded inquiry form.

Submission of an inquiry does not create an advisory, attorney-client, confidential, fiduciary, or other professional relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
