Terms of Use

Dalmatian Consulting provides private digital reputation advisory services for founders, principals, executives, public figures, brands, organizations, and their authorized representatives.

The Site is provided for general informational and preliminary business-inquiry purposes. The Site is not a client portal and does not itself provide advisory services, legal services, crisis-management representation, media-placement commitments, content-removal services, or any guaranteed outcome.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit an inquiry.

If you use the Site or submit information on behalf of another individual, company, organization, client, principal, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so and are permitted to provide the information submitted.

You may not submit information concerning another individual or organization if you do not have an appropriate lawful basis or authorization to do so.

The Site may allow you to submit a Private Reputation Review inquiry for preliminary consideration by Dalmatian Consulting.

Submitting an inquiry allows us to review the limited information you choose to provide and determine whether the matter appears aligned with our advisory work.

Submission of an inquiry does not:

• Create a client, advisory, attorney-client, fiduciary, confidential, agency, or other professional relationship.
• Guarantee that we will review, investigate, accept, pursue, or respond to the matter.
• Guarantee any media placement, content removal, search-result suppression, deindexing, modification of artificial-intelligence outputs, creation or modification of a Google Knowledge Panel, reputation outcome, business result, or other result.
• Establish exclusivity or prevent us from working with other individuals or organizations, subject to any obligations separately agreed in writing.
• Create any obligation for us to preserve, act upon, or advise regarding information submitted through the form.

Any advisory relationship must be established through a separate written agreement accepted by Dalmatian Consulting and the applicable client.

The Private Reputation Review form is intended only for an initial, limited inquiry.

You should not submit through the Site:

• Passwords, login credentials, authentication codes, or private account information.
• Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card information, banking details, medical information, or similar highly sensitive personal information.
• Sensitive documents, confidential evidence, privileged communications, internal company records, trade secrets, or materials subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Detailed legal allegations, litigation strategy, or materials submitted for the purpose of obtaining legal advice.
• Material that is knowingly false, unlawful, threatening, harassing, infringing, invasive of privacy, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
• Information concerning another individual or organization that you are not authorized or legally permitted to provide.

Dalmatian Consulting may delete, disregard, decline, or report submissions that appear abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, inappropriate, unauthorized, or outside the scope of our advisory work.

You may be permitted to select a preferred method for receiving an initial response, including email, telephone, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

By selecting a response method and providing corresponding contact information, you authorize Dalmatian Consulting to contact you through that method regarding your inquiry and potential next steps.

Communications conducted through third-party platforms, including WhatsApp or Telegram, are also subject to the privacy, security, operational, and data-handling practices of those platforms. Dalmatian Consulting does not control those third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, confidentiality, or security.

You should not send sensitive documents or highly confidential information through email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or telephone follow-up unless an appropriate next step has been separately established.

Your use of the Site and submission of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Private Reputation Review form may be hosted and processed through third-party service providers, including Tally, and may use spam-prevention or security services such as Google reCAPTCHA. The Site may also rely on website hosting, deployment, email, or communications providers to operate and respond to inquiries.

By submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that your information may be processed through such service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dalmatian Consulting is not a law firm, and the Site does not provide legal advice.

Information on the Site, including information concerning digital reputation, media visibility, public narrative, online content, search results, artificial-intelligence representations, Google Knowledge Panels, entity presence, or digital identity, is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, cybersecurity, regulatory, crisis-management, or other licensed professional advice.

You should consult appropriately qualified professional advisers regarding legal claims, disputes, regulatory obligations, defamation issues, privacy matters, litigation, financial matters, security concerns, or other issues requiring specialized advice.

Digital reputation, search visibility, online content, media coverage, third-party publications, social-media platforms, search engines, artificial-intelligence systems, knowledge panels, and public perception are influenced by independent third parties and changing systems outside Dalmatian Consulting's control.

Accordingly, Dalmatian Consulting makes no guarantee regarding:

• Whether any content will be removed, modified, deindexed, suppressed, corrected, or outranked.
• Whether any publisher, platform, search engine, artificial-intelligence system, media outlet, moderator, or other third party will take or refrain from any action.
• Whether any media placement, editorial coverage, search result, public profile, authority signal, knowledge panel, or artificial-intelligence representation will be obtained or modified.
• Whether any particular reputational, commercial, professional, or public-perception outcome will occur.

Any specific services, deliverables, fees, limitations, or performance commitments will be governed only by a separate written agreement, if one is entered into.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, impersonated, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized inquiries.
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, unlawfully target, or violate the rights of any individual or organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its forms, systems, accounts, servers, or infrastructure.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe, scan, or test the security or operation of the Site without authorization.
• Introduce malicious code, automated spam, scraping tools, bots, or other harmful technology.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Site content except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written permission.
• Misrepresent any relationship, approval, affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or engagement with Dalmatian Consulting.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site, or disregard any submission, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

The Site and its contents, including its text, branding, logos, visual design, graphics, service descriptions, positioning language, methodology descriptions, written materials, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to Dalmatian Consulting and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The Dalmatian Consulting name, branding, graphics, presentation materials, and service positioning may not be used in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, representation, or authorization without our prior written consent.

You may view and use the Site for your own lawful evaluation of our services. No other license, ownership right, or permission is granted by your access to or use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to, embeds from, or integrations with third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services.

Dalmatian Consulting does not control and is not responsible for the availability, operation, content, terms, security, privacy practices, policies, or actions of any third-party website or service.

Your use of a third-party service, including Tally, Google reCAPTCHA, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any linked website, may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by that third party.

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, withdraw, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Site, inquiry form, embedded services, response channels, or any Site content will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or current.

We may revise descriptions of our services, positioning, inquiry process, forms, legal policies, and Site content from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all content, forms, features, and functionality made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Dalmatian Consulting disclaims all warranties relating to the Site, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, reliability, and freedom from errors or harmful components.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a promise, warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the suitability of our services for any particular matter or the outcome of any inquiry or potential engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dalmatian Consulting LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site, the inquiry form, Site content, third-party platforms, or communications initiated through the Site.

This limitation includes damages arising from lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, business interruption, unauthorized access, transmission errors, third-party platform conduct, or decisions made based on information appearing on the Site.

The Site is provided solely as an informational and preliminary inquiry channel. Any liability, responsibility, service commitment, or remedy relating to advisory services accepted by Dalmatian Consulting will be governed exclusively by a separate written client agreement, if one is entered into.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dalmatian Consulting LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your misuse of the Site.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your submission of false, unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, confidential, fraudulent, threatening, or otherwise improper information.
• Your violation of any right of another individual, company, organization, or third party.

If Dalmatian Consulting agrees to provide services to you or to an organization you represent, those services will be governed by a separate written agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written client agreement regarding advisory services, the separate written client agreement will govern with respect to those services.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any separate written agreement applicable to advisory services, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Site, inquiry process, business practices, services, or applicable legal requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

Your continued access to or use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dalmatian Consulting regarding your use of the Site, except where a separate written agreement applies to advisory services or another specific relationship.
