Dalmatian Consulting was founded on a simple principle: credibility compounds.

The firm traces its roots to founder Antoni Grgurovic’s upbringing, watching his father build a small HVAC business in New York City called Dalmatian Air Co. As a Croatian immigrant competing against large franchise operators, his father earned trust the hard way — door by door, conversation by conversation. Reputation wasn’t something you marketed. It was something you lived.

That lesson stayed with Antoni.

Today, credibility is still earned, but first impressions no longer happen face to face. They happen in search results, media coverage, and increasingly through AI systems that summarize who you are before you ever speak. Dalmatian Consulting exists to help founders and brands navigate that shift.

Our Story

Our company name is inspired from Antoni's father's small business, Dalmatian Air Co. As a Croatian immigrant competing again HVAC franchise giants in New York City, Antoni remembers his father going door to door talking to business owners and handing out business cards to find new customers. Witnessing his father persevere through the many rejections with the knowledge that, once he landed a customer, he would likely retain them for many years because of his excellent workmanship and personalized service—this was a lesson Antoni never forgot. Following the same entrepreneurial spirit, he launched Dalmatian Consulting knowing full well there was a better way for small businesses to find and retain customers.

When we decide to work with a client, we are laser-focused on your success from the onset.
