Founder

Dalmatian Consulting was born from a legacy of persistence and personal connection. The name honors founder Antoni Grgurovic’s father, who ran a small HVAC business in New York City called Dalmatian Air Co. As a Croatian immigrant competing against major franchise giants, he built his reputation the old-fashioned way—going door to door, shaking hands with business owners, and earning their trust one conversation at a time.

Watching his father turn rejection into opportunity taught Antoni a lasting lesson: credibility is everything. Once people trust you, they stay with you.

Years later, that same principle drives Dalmatian Consulting. Only now, the conversations happen online and in a world where your first impression is often a Google search, making your digital reputation the new currency of success. Our Story

Our company name is inspired from Antoni's father's small business, Dalmatian Air Co. As a Croatian immigrant competing again HVAC franchise giants in New York City, Antoni remembers his father going door to door talking to business owners and handing out business cards to find new customers. Witnessing his father persevere through the many rejections with the knowledge that, once he landed a customer, he would likely retain them for many years because of his excellent workmanship and personalized service—this was a lesson Antoni never forgot. Following the same entrepreneurial spirit, he launched Dalmatian Consulting knowing full well there was a better way for small businesses to find and retain customers.
